HOW LONG IS A SINGLE GAME AT ESCAPE COMPLEX ESCAPE ROOMS?

All of the experiences we offer at Escape Complex are one hour long. We ask that you allow for approximately an hour and a half here, since there is some time both before and after the game where we discuss rules, take pictures, etc.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS COST?

We charge $32 per person per game.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?

We welcome guests of all ages at Escape Complex (kids 5 and under are free!), but every group with a participant under the age of 14 must be accompanied into the room with an adult. Additionally, guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver before playing.

WILL MY GROUP BE PLAYING WITH OTHER PEOPLE AT ESCAPE COMPLEX ESCAPE ROOMS?

All bookings at Escape Complex are private free of charge, so you don't have to worry about playing with strangers!

DOES ESCAPE COMPLEX ESCAPE ROOMS ACCEPT WALK INS?

While we normally accept walk in bookings here at Escape Complex, we are currently only accepting bookings made in advance due to the ongoing health crisis. We look forward to taking walk in bookings again in the future, but for now, please make sure to book in advance!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK AT ESCAPE COMPLEX ESCAPE ROOMS?

If a date is visible on our booking page, a booking can be made for that date. If the date you are looking for is not shown, please contact us to arrange your booking.

I WOULD LIKE TO PLAN A PARTY AT ESCAPE COMPLEX ESCAPE ROOMS. HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT DOING SO?

WHAT IS THE IDEAL GROUP SIZE TO PLAY ONE OF YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS?

The ideal group size varies not only from room to room, but also from group to group. That said, here are what we feel are the best group sizes for the average group:

Video Game Heist: 2-4 players
Captain's Bounty: 2-6 players
Murder Mystery Room: We strongly recommend groups of at least 4 players.

While some of recommendations come in under the maximum capacity of our experiences, all of our rooms have been designed to be both comfortable and fun for groups up to the maximum capacity!

ARE YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS SCARY?

At this time, none of the Escape Rooms at Escape Complex have a horror theme. While none of our props are designed to frighten anyone, we have had guests scream when taken by surprise by something.

ARE WE ACTUALLY LOCKED IN THE ROOM AT ESCAPE COMPLEX ESCAPE ROOMS?

At no point will you be trapped during any of the experiences at Escape Complex. All of our Escape Rooms are objective based, and as a result, our doors are unlocked while you play. Instead of escaping the room, players are asked to accomplish a predetermined goal in order to win.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS?

Our intention is to add a new Escape Room every 3-4 months. None of our experiences will be leaving just yet though - we have enough space for a total of 7 Escape Rooms!
